Todays podcast: DHS panel of doctors modeling COVID-19 lead by doctor Eva Lee, who is under indictment by the same government for lying to it.
Join us as we discuss a bizzare world of communications seemingly inspired by the apocalyptic movie Red Dawn (DHS agents use the term "Red Dawn" in the subject line of the emails) where DHS leaders and doctors discuss strategies to mitigate COVID-19 and dramatically infringe upon the civil liberties of the American people.

MIKE DONOVAN: The America that we are living in right now is not a free America.
She's not a liar. She's not a forger. She's not a fraudster. We put her in charge of crafting a strategy that has locked down and taken away the civil liberties of 95% of the American people. We wouldn't do that if we knew she was a liar.
Hello. Hello everyone. Welcome to Not Free America radio on this Easter Sunday. Happy Easter. Happy holidays to you. If you do not celebrate Easter, if you have no holiday you identify with in this area. Well, good Sunday to you. We are here on the front lines of the war against COVID-19 and it seems a war against the civil liberties of the American people. There are a lot of podcasts talking about the implications of COVID-19 on the United States and on the world. Our focus is its implications related to the civil liberties of Americans and people around the world and what is happening in vis-a-vis those civil liberties--and the newfoundsort of surveillance state that we all live under.
Folks, you know, I want to talk today specifically about Red Dawn. And some of you may know Red Dawn is a movie. It's a movie that was popular in the 1980s. And the premise of the movie, actually, I think they remadeit--much less popular... the remake by the way. But the premise of the movie, and I'm not going to talk about the new one,you know, but going back to the original, the premise was an invasion. I think the invaders were Cuban and Chinese, I think Chinese and Cuban invaders, but it was a communist invasion of the United States. And you know, these kids in this high school sortof see the invasion and then theyrun out sort of a guerrilla warfare against it.In any event --That's not what I want to talk about tonight.
What I want to talk about tonight is a group of emails sent between people in the Department of Homeland security, including the chief medical officer and contractors, doctors, health professionals --across the country that we're working with the Department of Homeland security to predict what was going to happen with COVID-19 outbreak pandemic and how to respondto it.
Now it is not surprising to me that a group of people from the Department of Homeland security would have a series of emails about planning for what to do in the face of the COVID-19 tragedy. I am a little surprised by the title of the subject line, but you know, sometimes people do things. They don't think about how they're going to look later. You'd think when you began an email chain like that, you'd have noideathat you were standing on the precipiceof the beginning of the end of the world and that perhaps the New York times have grabbed those emails, publish them, and the subject line would be embarrassing.
You'd think that until you read the emails and realize that many of the doctors were predicting exactly that would happen. I think what's interesting to me in the Red Dawn emails is two things.
One --from a managing the pandemic perspective, how disconnected our government was from healthcare professionals. And I'm not saying that just from theperspective of Donald Trump and the president and the executive. I think across the board there was a disconnection between what health professionals were saying and what the government was saying and doing. But I think that that disconnect actually enabled the healthcare professionals to create an overarching strategy of supervision and control.
Now, the emails which are called the Red Dawn emails, and there are several different iterations of them, have been published by the New York times that you can check the podcast description link will be there. So you can take a look at all of these emails yourself. I'm not in the business of providing misinformation. I don't think that I should talk about something that you can't read yourself. I'd encourage you to read them.
There's a lot there, but it does give us a bird's eye view of what's happeningat thebeginning of an incredible crisis --when everyone is realizing this is an incredible crisis. Perhaps there is a lot to learn from data mining these conversations. Well, I've done that. We also have an investigations company and I've asked one of our senior investigators and a team that he's put together to do that as well.
What's interesting in our preliminary findings that I'd like to talk to, talk about todayinvolve a particular member of that team. And that is a person who is a modeler. And we talk about modeling all the time. Modeling is predicting how many cases, how many deaths are going to happen, predicting that apex that we talk about all the time, right? Predicting how many beds hospitals are going to need.
This is exactly the information that was used to clamp down, shut down and force control citizens' behavior in the United States. The doctor, who led a research group at the Georgia Institute of technology is named Eva Lee, Dr.Eva Lee. Now, the reason I find this interesting, fascinating, really is if you read these email chains, it is Dr.Eva Leethat is sounding the alarm that the people of the United States of America must be locked down. She is saying we have to take steps. She is pushing the steps. One could look at Dr.Eva Lee as a heroin, someone who called out the risk before others understood how serious it was.
And look, many of the healthcare professionals on this email chain, as you will see when you read it, share Eva's concerns. But the good doctor did in very, very clear terms sound the alarm that it was going to be too late very, very soon. But what's so interesting to me about Dr.Eva Leeis not specifically her research and COVID-19 or the modeling that she's done. The modeling by the way, that is at the center of our existence right now... the reason we're all locked down, all of the numbers that we are banking on, which by the way haven't been right.
Those numbers are based onthe modeling--these modeling procedures. And Dr.Eva Lee is one of the best in the business. The problem is that Dr.Eva Lee is also a convicted felon. Now that,I have no problem with. See, I think people who are convicted felons that re-engage in society are some of the best people and I think that's amazing, but she's still in an active criminal case. And see that actually does strike me as a little odd.
She's working for the Department of Homeland security and she's in anemail chain talking about top secret information, medical reports... reports from military intelligence, reports from the Chineseinteractions with this disease and she's literally under federal indictment. She had pled guilty. She's waiting for her sentencing, which is scheduled in May and the Department of Homeland security chooses her to become the architect of the modeling program that has shut down our country for the last six weeks and promises to shut it down for how much longer,we don't know.
Here's my question. Here's my question. Are we dropping the charges against Dr.Eva Lee? Are we going to dismiss the case against her? Or why do we have someone who's been charged with fraud and forgery and lying to the United States overseeing the modeling of the COVID-19 spread?
Now, call me crazy. But if I'm looking for someone to put out fires, I'm probably not going to hire an arsonist. If I believe, if I'm the United States of America, I'm the United States attorney...I believe that Dr.Eva Lee forged a certificate in order to get a grant, which is what she's accused of doing... she hastwo charges--forging certificate for a grant application process and then lying to federal agents when questioned.
So if you believe that she did that, and you're the Department of Justice and your prosecuting her and you've asked the sentencing judge to sentence her to jail --I'm sorry--house arrest for about a year. Why would you pick that person to do the modeling in the single greatest human crisis of our lifetime? I mean, is that weird to you? Does that pass the smell test to anyone.
No conspiracy theorist here. Look, if Dr.Eva Lee is the right person to participate in this DHS group, then why the heck have we not overturned her conviction and given her a huge thank you and job well done for fighting for the American people even while under a criminal charge
But if we're not, can we ask why? Why would the federal government--because if it's not rushing to the court, dismiss those charges,to undo this travesty. I mean, after all, we obviously were wrong in charging her with moral turpitude crimes --lying to the federal government. We were obviously wrong in charging her because we went and then picked her to model the numbers for the COVID-19 pandemic. So clearly we know she's not a liar. She's not a forger, she's not a fraudster.
We put her in charge of crafting a strategy that has locked down and taken away the civil liberties of 95% of the American people. We wouldn't do that if we knew she was a liar. Yet, that's what she's charged with in the United States district court.
Something doesn't smell right here. Folks, read the emails. Let's demand some answers. This doctor should either be freed from any further criminal charge and issued an apology by the highest ranking members of the Department of Justice, or someone should probably tell us why we chose someone who's under charge and conviction for lying to the feds and forging documents in research to help figure out how long we should all lose our rights. Hmm.
Thanks for joining me tonight on Not Free America radio. Not free indeed. Folks, take a look at those emails. Share your thoughts in the comments on our website or on Facebook. Thank you so much for joining us. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow. Take care.
